Luxury Liner™ Foil Faced Fire Rated Mass Loaded Vinyl Roll

Second Skin's Luxury Liner™ foil faced fire rated mass loaded vinyl roll is the perfect way to create a Class A fire rated noise barrier. When adding mass to a barrier in a space with fire code restrictions, with a reinforced aluminized foil facing and reinforced scrim, this mass loaded vinyl passes the test!

Installation Instructions

Pipe Wrapping Install Method

• Wrap MLV around the pipe (100% coverage required). The black side should face the pipe.
• Overlap the seams by 2”.
• Secure the MLV with zip ties. Alternatively, use super strong double sided tape to help hold the MLV as well.
• Recommended to tape the seams.
