I'm really thing of lining the tub of my Jeep Wrangler in Damp Pro. I know I will leave it the rain. The tub will fill up with about a 1/2 inch of water, and remain flooded for hours at a time. And, this will happen more than occasionally.
Will the DP, if installed on a clean, dry surface remain intact for years of enjoyment? On a side note, did Ant ever bed line his deadened TJ? Last edited by Waiting; 04-10-2010 at 12:24 PM. |

For that application I would stick to something like Linex. It's proven.
I'd hate to find out the water causes the foil to react or separate and you end up with a massive mess to undo. Or, if you're set on sound deadening material maybe use spectrum? It can be used as undercoat, so I would assume it must be water resistant.

idk about damp pro... dont see how it would mess up but randy has a point. spectrum would need time to dry but would work awesome
