Default How Do you remove Spectrum?

Can someone tell me how to do this then get it stickied?

I would suggest an oxi-fuel torch. Simply cut away the portion of the car you want to remove it from and weld brand new components in. That aside: Air-Chisel, Cut, Grind and the rest seams to be the going rate. But ware plenty of protective gear.
